Review:

TLC really were wonderful from start to finish! Every single person from TLC; [including site managers, project managers, tradesmen, (and the staff from the office who we spoke with by phone/email)] who came through my doors were polite, courteous, friendly and professional. Not only did they do a great job with a fantastic finish, they always provided all of the options at each stage ensuring we ended up with exactly what we wanted. On the occasions where unexpected work needed to be carried out, they spoke to us in detail about the reasons why that work needed to be carried out, the cost of that work and gave an accurate timescale. The most important thing for us was that we had a very stringent deadline and TLC went above and beyond to meet that deadline for us which is something we really did appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TLC to others and will use them well in to the future for any other work I decide to do. Thank you TLC, Loretta
